Introductory CrossFit Fundamentals Course (included in monthly fee).
Because our number one priority for our athletes is their safety, proper performance and form during their workouts, we require all athletes new to CrossFit to undergo our Introductory CrossFit Fundamentals Course prior to attending any of our other daily workouts or specialty classes. The fundamentals course is held in a small group setting for highly individualized teaching. During this course you will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts. Our one hour fundamentals classes are designed to go over each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace than a normal CrossFit class. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period. The Introductory CrossFit Fundamentals Course is a series of 6 one hour fundamentals classes over a period of 2 weeks.
Once our coach is confident that the athlete is able to perform the movements properly they will ‘graduate’ to our regular classes.
